Is there a minimum order?
Yes, you need to order minimum 1 full carton, after that you can order in full pieces.
How will my order ship?
Full panel orders will ship via UPS.
How soon product ships after placing the order?
It usually takes us 2-3 business days to process and ship the order.
When will my order arrive / how do I check status of my order?
Please refer to “Track my order” link on the order page.
Can I get a sample?
You can request a sample. It will be a 4x4” piece whipped via USPS in padded envelope.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories?
Yes we do.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Please place order to different address in separate orders.
Can I change shipping address after I placed the order?
If the order has been shipped it is not possible to change the address. However if you just placed the order and want to ship another address contact us ASAP.
Do you ship internationally?
As of today we are only shipping within USA and Canada.
