We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit you may return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

You can cancel your order only before it was shipped. Please follow instructions on the order page. Your payment will be refunded right way, but keep in mind it will take time for the bank to process your refund (it can take anywhere around 5-10 business days).
If the order was shipped already, you can start return process, however you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and the return shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
